Our client is looking for an energetic and commercially minded Assistant Store Manager to support their Chermside team. Working across a Sunday to Thursday roster, you’ll be hands-on with customers, leading from the floor, driving results and helping bring the store and product to life.

This is a outstanding opportunity for a strong senior retail leader or experienced Assistant Manager who loves premium fashion, knows how to sell and enjoys coaching a team to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

What you’ll be doing

- Support the Store Manager with the day-to-day leadership of the store
- Drive sales, conversion, ATV and other key retail KPIs
- Lead from the floor and create memorable styling experiences for customers
- Coach and motivate the team to maximise every customer interaction
- Assist with visual merchandising and ensure the store always looks exceptional
- Support stock, operations, rostering and general store standards
- Help build a positive, high-performing and engaging team culture

What you’ll bring
- Previous retail leadership experience as an Assistant Manager,



2IC or strong senior team member
- A genuine passion for fashion, styling and customer service
- Confidence selling and working toward targets and KPIs
- Strong visual merchandising instincts and attention to detail
- A hands-on leadership style and the confidence to coach others
- High energy, commercial awareness and a customer-first mindset
