- Lead Liverpool Hospital's emergency management strategy, driving preparedness and resilience across one of NSW's busiest health services.

- Exceptional attention to detail, with the ability to identify risks, maintain emergency management plans, and ensure operational readiness.
- Strong communication enabling effective engagement with staff, executives, emergency services, and external stakeholders.
- An adaptable and proactive professional that combines strategic planning, emergency response coordination, training, and continuous improvement.
- Ready to work in a fast-paced environment, supporting emergency preparedness and response activities while delivering flexibility and resilience during critical incidents and major events.
Selection Criteria

- Demonstrated experience in a relevant health or emergency management specialty, with postgraduate qualifications in the area of specialty and/or substantial equivalent experience.
