They are looking for an experienced Store Manager to lead their Jindalee location, taking ownership of team culture, store standards, stock flow and the overall customer experience.

About the role
As Store Manager, you will lead the day-to-day operation of the store and create an environment where both the team and customers feel well looked after.

You will:

- Lead, coach and develop the store team
- Create a positive and supportive team culture
- Maintain high standards across presentation and visual merchandising
- Oversee stock flow, replenishment and day-to-day store operations
- Manage rostering, wages and store processes
- Support training, performance conversations and team development
- Deliver a consistent and welcoming customer experience
- Ensure company standards and procedures are maintained

What you’ll bring
- Previous Store Manager experience within retail
- Strong people leadership and team development capability




- Confidence managing day-to-day store operations
- Experience with stock, replenishment and visual merchandising
- A hands-on leadership style and solid attention to detail
- A genuine focus on customer experience and team culture
- Experience within fashion, apparel, lifestyle or high-volume retail will be highly regarded
