This well-established independent community pharmacy is located in Brisbane's northern suburbs, approximately 30 minutes from the CBD.

Job Specification:

As the Retail Manager, you will oversee and work alongside a dedicated front-of-shop team, ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the retail area while maintaining exceptional customer service standards. This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone who enjoys team engagement, customer interaction and retail performance.





The roster is primarily Monday to Friday across 38 hours per week, but if preference is for 4 week days this can also be accommodated.

Skills Required:

- Previous pharmacy retail or front-of-shop management experience is required is preferred.
- Effective leadership and team co-ordination skills.
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
- Organised and proactive.

Salary & Benefits:

- $70,000 -$75,000 per annum plus superannuation - negotiable depending on experience.
