HEAD CHEF & EXPERIENCED BRUNCH CHEF – IMMEDIATE START

We are hiring both a Head Chef and an experienced Brunch Chef for our busy cafe in Pagewood.

The position, level of responsibility, and pay rate will be determined based on each candidate’s experience, skills, and leadership ability.

HEAD CHEF

• Proven experience as a Head Chef or senior brunch chef
• Solid leadership and kitchen-management skills
• Ability to manage preparation, service, workflow, and staff
• Maintain consistent food quality, portioning, and presentation
• Communicate professionally with management and front-of-house teams

BRUNCH CHEF

• Solid experience working in a busy brunch cafe
• Confident with breakfast and brunch service
• Able to work efficiently and calmly during busy periods
• Work well as part of an established kitchen team




• Maintain consistently high food and presentation standards

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS

• Excellent hygiene, food safety, and cleanliness
• Reliable, punctual, and committed
• Must be available for 6:00 am starts
• Must have reliable transport or be able to commute to Pagewood consistently
• Immediate availability is highly preferred

TEAM STRUCTURE

• Weekdays: 3 kitchen staff, occasionally 4 during busy periods
• Weekends: 5 kitchen staff

Pagewood, NSW
