Do you love kids, parties and being the person who makes the fun happen?
Axo’s Playland is looking for an enthusiastic, energetic and responsible party coordinator to join our team!
As a coordinator, you’ll be helping create amazing birthday experiences for our little guests while also taking a lead role in supporting our party team.
What you’ll be doing:
• Leading and hosting kids’ birthday parties
• Making sure every party runs smoothly from start to finish
• Welcoming families and creating a fun, friendly atmosphere
• Coordinating party hosts and helping keep the team organised
• Setting up and packing down party rooms
• Keeping an eye on timing, food service and party requirements
• Handling customer questions and helping resolve any issues
• Making sure our high standards of cleanliness and presentation are maintained
• Most importantly… HAVING FUN!
We’re looking for someone who:
• Is confident, energetic and loves working with kids
• Has previous experience in hospitality, childcare, events or party hosting
• Can confidently lead a team and take responsibility
• Has great communication and customer service skills
• Can stay calm and organised when things get busy
• Is reliable, punctual and takes pride in their work
• Isn’t afraid to get involved and bring the FUN!
