Team Member / Labourer: Gardening, Mowing, Whipper snipping, Landscaping

Multi sites: get to first site or meet up then driven around in company vehicle

Wage rate: $28.00ph to $32.00ph + SUPER + OVERTIME

Qualifications and experience

- 2+ years experience in the Horticulture/Gardening industry (desirable but not essential)
- Full time daytime hours (so no students please)
- Current unrestricted drivers licence
- Do you want to work towards a Qualification in Horticulture Can do a Cert III in Parks and Gardens if you would like that is a possibility, just ask.
- Experience operating and maintaining large range of commercial landscape maintenance equipment.
- The ability to encourage team members to work effectively together.
- Valuable time management and communication skills
- Current Chemcert is desirable,



or willing to obtain.
- The ability to adhere to company WHS policies ensuring a safe and productive workplace
- A desire to provide a high quality commercial maintenance service
- Diligent and consistent in completing all WHS, quality and environmental paperwork
- Police check to be carried out prior to commencing

Tasks and responsibilities

- Work within the team on a run starting and finishing in Sutherland area
- Can arrange to be picked up at a meet up point and then be driven around by company vehicle (so no additional costs to you)
- Tasks mainly involve Mowing (both ride on and push mowing), Whipper Snipping etc
- Organisation and programming of tasks completed on site
- Take pride in producing high quality work
- Regularly liaising with the Team Leader.
- Ensuring all works are completed in a safe manner.
- Role is run based, working with the team to ensure targets are met.
- Involves working on a variety of landscapes onsite.
- Completion of associated documentation on regular basis.
