Who we are looking for

Put simply, we are looking for good people, who love their liquor, want to work hard, and reap the rewards. A sense of humour is mandatory. But strictly no egos!

If you join us, you'll be working closely with the owners of 30 years to help us grow the business. You see a trend in the market? We'll want to hear about it. You have a creative idea about a particular promotion? We'll want to give it a crack. We want to support you as best as possible to deliver the results!

And if you love your liquor, you'll get excellent staff discounts across our entire range. And if you increase sales by 1000% we'll buy you a private jet.

We're looking for people who have:

- Availability for a fixed or rotating roster, including some weekends and evenings where required
- A current NSW Driver Licence and reliable transport.
- Flexibility to work across our Sydney store network (Inner West, North Shore, Eastern Suburbs)
- A current NSW Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate.
- The right to work in Australia.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
