Experienced cafe All-Rounder Needed (Long-term)

we pride ourselves on having a great team atmosphere where everyone enjoys coming to work. We are looking for a reliable, passionate, and energetic cafe All-Rounder who wants to grow with us for the long term!

Key Responsibilities

Primary Role: Floor staff / Floor service (Waitstaff duties & maintaining floor standards)

Secondary Role: Barista assistance during busy peak hours

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of cafe experience (Required)

Good knowledge and passion for coffee

Long-term commitment only: Please do not apply if you are looking for short-term/casual work for a few months. We are looking for someone to stay with us for at least a few years.





Great team player with robust communication skills

Hours & Schedule

Days: 2–3 Weekdays, Weekends

Hours: 7:00 AM – 1:30 PM

Pay & Growth

Pay Rate: Competitive salary based on experience and capability.

Growth: We believe in growing together. As your skills, effort, and efficiency improve, your pay will be increased accordingly.
