CASUAL NDIS SUPPORT WORKER – COROROOKE VIC 3254

We are looking for a reliable, caring and experienced NDIS Support Worker to join our team on a casual basis.

About the role:

- Casual shifts available
- Flexible weekday and weekend work
- Supporting NDIS participants in their home and community
- Community access and social activities
- Assistance with daily living and personal routines
- Support with appointments and outings
- Following individual support plans
- Completing explicit and accurate shift/progress notes
- Promoting independence, dignity, choice and safety

We are looking for someone who is:

- Reliable, punctual and responsible
- Caring, patient and respectful
- Comfortable working independently
- Able to communicate professionally with participants,



families and other support workers
- Experienced in disability/NDIS support
- Committed to person-centred support

Requirements:

- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- First Aid & CPR
- Police Check
- Working with Children Check where required
- Relevant disability/support work experience
- Driver’s licence and reliable vehicle preferred
- Right to work in Australia
