Barista & CAFE ALL ROUNDER

Location: Oran Park
Employment: Casual, or Part Time

We are looking for a reliable, energetic and customer focused Cafe All Rounder to join our growing team.

This is a hands on role covering customer service, coffee, food preparation, cleaning, restocking and general cafe operations.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

- Prepare and serve coffee and beverages
- Assist with food preparation and presentation
- Prepare sandwiches, pastries, cakes and other cafe products
- Serve customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Take orders and process payments accurately
- Recommend products and help increase sales through upselling
- Work efficiently during busy periods
- Maintain high standards of food quality and presentation
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene throughout the cafe
- Assist with stock rotation and restocking
- Follow food safety and workplace procedures
- Support the team across front and back of house
- Assist with opening and closing duties

Previous cafe or hospitality experience is preferred but not essential. We value the right attitude, reliability and willingness to learn.
