About the Role

Current travel agency is seeking an IATA-Certified Travel Agent to join our team and manage airline booking changes, cancellations, refunds, and related customer requests.

The primary responsibility of this role will be to liaise directly with airlines and travel suppliers to efficiently resolve booking changes and cancellations, ensuring customers receive accurate information and timely assistance.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage airline booking cancellations, changes, rebookings and refunds.
- Liaise directly with airlines regarding booking amendments, cancellation policies, credits and refund requests.
- Communicate with airline reservations and support teams to resolve booking issues.




- Ensure all transactions comply with airline and IATA requirements.

Essential Requirements

- IATA Certification – Mandatory.
- Knowledge of airline ticketing, cancellations, changes and refund procedures.
- Experience communicating directly with airlines and airline reservation departments.
- Good understanding of fare rules and ticketing conditions.

Only IATA-Certified Travel Agents will be considered for this position as you have to communicate with Airlines.
