Telecom installs NBN, fibre, VoIP and business networking for small businesses across Melbourne. We're looking for a junior installer to learn the trade alongside our technicians. This role is built for students: flexible days around your timetable, on-the-job training, and a genuine path to a permanent technician role.

What you'll be doing

- Assisting with NBN and business internet installs, plus router and modem setup
- Running and terminating cabling, patch panels and Wi-Fi access points
- Basic troubleshooting (Layer 1 to 3)




- Travelling to sites across Melbourne Metro (own car needed – km allowance paid)

What you'll bring

- Basic networking knowledge (IP, routers, switches, Wi-Fi) – TAFE, uni, Cert IV or self-taught all welcome
- A reliable car and valid NSW driver licence
- Punctual, presentable and comfortable dealing with customers
- A keen attitude and willingness to learn

Nice to have (not essential)

- ACMA Open Cabler Registration, or willingness to get it (we can help)
- VoIP or POS/EFTPOS experience
