NDIS SUPPORT WORKER – NOWRA We are looking for a friendly, energetic and reliable Support Worker to support a client with autism in the Nowra area. This role is approximately 10 hours per week and would suit someone who genuinely enjoys getting out in the community, having fun and building a positive relationship with their client. About the Role Duties may include: * Community access and social activities * Supporting the client with everyday tasks * Transporting the client to activities and appointments * Encouraging independence and confidence * Providing positive, engaging and person-centred support What We’re Looking For The right person will have a great and fun personality, be patient, dependable and genuinely enjoy working with people. Applicants must:



* Hold a valid Australian driver’s licence * Have access to a reliable vehicle * Have experience supporting people with autism or disability * Hold all required NDIS/support-worker documentation and checks * Be reliable, professional and punctual * Have good communication skills Hours: Approximately 10 hours per week Location: Nowra, NSW Position: NDIS Support Worker We’re looking for more than someone who simply turns up for a shift.
