Tax and Business Services Accountant

About the role

RGA Business and Tax Accountants is looking for a client-focused accountant with a genuine passion for tax to prepare and finalise individual tax returns (including rental properties, investments, capital gains and business income) and FBT returns. You'll meet clients in person and via Zoom/Teams, and supervise one team member.

Key responsibilities

- Prepare and finalise individual tax returns including rental properties, investments, capital gains and business income
- Prepare and finalise FBT returns
- Meet clients in person and via Zoom/Teams
- Supervise one team member

About you

- 2–3 years' recent Australian public practice experience
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or commerce
- Full working rights in Australia
- Proven experience with basic and complex individual tax returns
- Strong communication, analytical and organisational skills
- High ethical standards and attention to detail
- Supervisory experience or ability
- Xero and Xero Practice Manager experience highly regarded
- Current driver's licence,



reliable vehicle and live within approximately 30 minutes of Brendale
