Pizzica Restaurant is looking for an experienced and reliable Floor Manager to join our team in Margaret River.

We are a busy, established Italian restaurant and pizzeria, and we’re looking for someone who can confidently lead the front-of-house team while creating a warm, welcoming and professional experience for every guest.

About the role

As Floor Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating the front-of-house team and helping ensure each service runs smoothly from start to finish, with particular attention to the way our guests are welcomed and looked after throughout their visit.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Creating a warm and genuine welcome for every guest from the moment they arrive and ensuring they feel looked after throughout their experience
- Delivering friendly, attentive and professional customer service that reflects the hospitality and atmosphere of Pizzica
- Leading and supporting the front-of-house team during service
- Training and guiding current staff members
- Maintaining strong communication between front of house, kitchen, pizzeria and bar
- Handling customer requests and service issues professionally
- Ensuring the restaurant is well presented,



organised and ready for service

About you

We are looking for someone who:

- Has previous experience in a Floor Manager, Supervisor or senior hospitality role
- Has strong customer service and make guests feel welcome, comfortable and valued
- Is organised, reliable and confident working under pressure
- Has excellent attention to detail
- Is comfortable leading, and training staff
- Communicates clearly and professionally
- Has fluent English
- Understands the importance of teamwork across the whole restaurant
- Has a hands-on attitude and takes responsibility for their role
- Is available to work evenings and weekends
- Has good wine knowledge or previous wine service experience, this would be highly regarded
