Description
We are looking for a experienced Butcher/Meat Worker/Knife Hand to work
in a Kosher meat factory in Kirrawee - Full time - Temp to Perm Role
Key Responsibilities & Requirements
- Portion cutting meat to customer specifications
- Bandsaw operation
- Boning, trimming, slicing and knife work
- Maintaining yield, consistency and product quality
- Working within food safety / HACCP standards
- General production / warehouse duties
Skills & Experience
- Experience as a butcher, meat worker, knife hand, boner or portion cutter
- Ability to portion cut accurately to weight and spec
- Reliable with ability to work early morning shifts if required
- Experience in quick-paced meat processing environments
- Own transportation to work
- The ability to work as team
- Show initiative
