Description
A popular Indian restaurant is looking for an experienced Indian chef to join our kitchen team.
About the role:
- Full time position, 38 hrs/week
- Preparing authentic North & South Indian dishes — curries, tandoori, biryani, and more
- Working in a friendly beachside restaurant setting
- Maintaining consistent quality and presentation during service
What we're looking for:
- Proven experience as an Indian cuisine chef (restaurant or hotel setting)
- Strong knowledge of tandoor cooking, spice balancing, and traditional techniques
- Ability to work efficiently in a busy service environment
- Reliable, team-oriented, and passionate about food quality
