Join an established commercial builder as an Intermediate or Senior Contract Administrator, starting on a live $25million performing arts centre in Kew.

You'll come into a project that is already underway, working alongside an experienced project team with the systems and commercial support around you to do your job well. With the head office based nearby, both your office and first project are conveniently located 15 minutes apart in the inner east, with good access from across the city.

Once this project is complete, you'll move onto another project within the builder's pipeline. The business delivers projects up to $50m across education, commercial, sport & recreation, community, aged care, health and residential, so there's plenty of variety in what could come next.

There's a polished, corporate structure behind the business, with good systems and an experienced team around the projects. But it hasn't become so big that you're several layers removed from the people making the decisions. The directors remain hands-on and accessible.





You'll also have an experienced Commercial Manager overseeing and supporting the commercial and delivery team. For an intermediate CA, that means having someone experienced to learn from and develop under. If you're already operating at Senior CA level, there's room to take greater ownership while still having strong commercial support around you.

The business is around 60 people and has grown through repeat clients, consistent delivery and long-term industry relationships. They reward valuable work too, with strong performers given opportunities to step up, take on greater responsibility and move onto bigger projects.

To be considered, you will need solid Contract Administration experience with a commercial head contractor and a stable employment history.

The salary package is $150k-$185k, depending on experience.
