About the role

RVM Australia is looking for a hands-on Product Manager to manage and develop our small appliance and kitchenware portfolio - from identifying opportunities and sourcing products through to launch and ongoing range management. You'll work closely with overseas suppliers and our Sales, Marketing and Operations teams.

Key responsibilities

- Identify opportunities and source products for our small appliance and kitchenware portfolio

- Manage products from concept through development, launch and ongoing range management

- Work closely with overseas suppliers to negotiate pricing and commercial terms

- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Operations and Administration teams to develop products with strong commercial potential

- Ensure strong attention to detail across packaging, instruction manuals, specifications and product presentation

- Identify and develop products that align with brand positioning, customer needs and market opportunities

- Manage product quality and ensure compliance with Australian requirements

- Keep multiple product developments moving and stakeholders informed

- Travel internationally when required

About you

- Demonstrate experience in product management, buying, sourcing & product development, preferably within small appliances, consumer electrical products, kitchenware or a similar retail/wholesale environment.Experience working with overseas suppliers and taking products from sourcing/developement through to market will be highly regarded.

- Genuine enthusiasm for identifying interesting and innovative new products with strong market potential

- Demonstrated understanding of brand positioning,



with the ability to identify and develop products that are right for the brand, customer and market

- Demonstrated experience building relationships with overseas suppliers and negotiating pricing and commercial terms

- Experience working with product quality and Australian compliance requirements

- Hands-on, cooperative style — comfortable working across Sales, Marketing, Operations and Administration

- Strong organisation, communication and follow-through

- High proficiency in Microsoft 365 and experience with ERP or work-management systems

- Comfortable using AI and digital tools to support research, product development and more efficient ways of working

- Perth based (SOR), with the ability to travel interstate and internationally when required
