About the Role:

We are seeking full time and casual Gardener/Maintenance Assistants to join the Amaroo Gardening Team in maintaining the beautiful grounds and gardens of Amaroo Village. ​ Your responsibilities will include:

- Maintaining gardens for the facilities and village residents. ​

- Repairing and maintaining the reticulation system (training will be provided). ​

- General ground works and building maintenance as required. ​

- Collaborating with the maintenance team to address requests from staff and residents. ​

- Kind and caring interactions with residents. ​

- Adhering to Workplace Health and Safety (WHS) procedures. ​

What We’re Looking For:

- Experience or qualifications in gardening, mowing, weeding, maintenance, reticulation experience an advantage or willingness to learn.





- Knowledge of WHS principles and safe work procedures. ​

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team. ​

- Customer-focused approach with excellent interpersonal skills. ​

- Be part of the 'after hours' emergency “on-call” team, on a rotational basis.

- Valid WA Driver's License. ​

- Flu vaccination. ​

- Must have Current National Police Clearance (less than 6 months old). ​

- Australian work rights. ​
