About The Opportunity

You'll prepare, service, repair and deliver caravans, playing a direct role in whether a customer's ownership experience is a great one.

Reporting directly to the Workshop Manager, you'll be responsible for:

- Inspecting and preparing caravans ahead of customer handover
- Installing accessories, electrical systems and upgrades
- Diagnosing and repairing faults, and carrying out routine servicing
- Running customer handovers and walking them through their new caravan's systems




- Working closely with customers, suppliers and the internal team
- Keeping every job to workshop procedure and quality standard

About You

You'll bring:

- A current QLD Driver's Licence and reliable transport to work sites
- Mechanical, automotive, auto-electrical or 12V installation experience
- A sharp eye for fault-finding and troubleshooting
- Confidence dealing directly with customers
- A team-first attitude and strong communication skills
- Solid time management and the drive to get things done without being chased
