Today, that legacy has grown into Doltone Hospitality Group (DHG) — a dynamic and expanding group of premium venues, cultural institutions and dining destinations.

We’re growing our in-house marketing team and looking for a creative, social-savvy Social Media Manager to join the team in a 12 month contract to bring our venues and experiences to life online. From standout weddings and corporate events to major celebrations, you will capture the moments, tell the stories and create content that makes people want to be there.

Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will own our social presence — creating thumb-stopping content, engaging our community and turning attention into bookings and enquiries.

Your Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and deliver social media strategies that bring our brand to life and support wider marketing and commercial goals.
- Creating and editing engaging content including photos, videos and written copy tailored to each platform and audience.
- Attend various events across our portfolio, creating authentic, on-the-go content that lands in feeds while the moment is still fresh.
- Plan and manage content calendars across multiple Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and LinkedIn accounts.
- Be the voice behind our channels — responding to comments and DMs, engaging with followers and creating genuine online connections.
- Track performance, deliver weekly reporting and use insights to continually optimise campaigns and content.
- Work closely with our marketing, creative and venue teams, while supporting social media budgets and paid campaigns.

What we are looking for:





- Proven experience managing social channels, with a standout portfolio showcasing successful Instagram and TikTok campaigns that spark engagement and deliver measurable results.
- You understand the bigger marketing picture and know how to turn strategy into campaigns that connect social activity with brand, audience and commercial goals.
- Comfortable using social management and analytics tools, including Google Analytics, to track performance, uncover insights and continually optimise what’s working.
- Confident behind the camera and on the edit — with strong skills across photography, video and design, and experience with tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro.
- Highly capable across Microsoft Office and the digital and creative platforms used to plan, produce and manage content.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to turn ideas into engaging captions, compelling content and stories people want to follow.
- Experience across hospitality, corporate, B2B or events is highly regarded, as is a degree in marketing, communications or a related field.
