An excellent opportunity has become available for an experienced Leasing Consultant to join a highly regarded real estate business on Sydney's North Shore.

Working within an established and supportive Property Management team, you will take ownership of the leasing process and work closely with Property Managers to ensure properties are leased efficiently and landlords and tenants receive a high level of service.

Ideally, you will have at least 12 months' experience in residential leasing, however candidates with a minimum of 6 months' solid leasing experience will also be considered.

The Role

• Manage leasing enquiries across phone, email and property portals
• Conduct open homes and private inspections
• Process tenancy applications and complete reference checks
• Present suitable applications to landlords
• Prepare lease documentation and coordinate lease sign-ups
• Provide regular feedback to landlords following inspections
• Maintain accurate property and applicant records
• Work closely with the PM team to minimise vacancy periods




• Ensure all leasing activity complies with NSW legislation

About You

• Minimum 6 months' experience in residential real estate leasing
• Ideally 12+ months' experience as a Leasing Consultant
• Current NSW Certificate of Registration or Class 2 Licence
• Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Well presented, organised and confident dealing with clients
• Able to manage a busy leasing workload and prioritise effectively
