About the role
Responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, safety and presentation of the motel's outdoor and general areas.
Key responsibilities
- Keep car parks, driveways and outdoor areas clean and tidy
- Remove rubbish and maintain waste areas
- Pressure wash and clean outdoor surfaces
- Change light bulbs and carry out basic maintenance tasks
- Clean and maintain air-conditioning units and filters
- Replace tap washers and carry out minor plumbing maintenance
- Assist with general maintenance, painting and repairs
- Check and report maintenance issues
- Maintain tools, equipment and storage areas
- Assist with receiving, storing and distributing linen
About you
- Reliable, practical, physically capable, safety-conscious and able to work independently
- Follow workplace health and safety and responsible service requirements
