Tsavo Wellness is seeking a Diploma-qualified, or equivalent experienced Beauty Therapist with strong sales ability, excellent client relationship skills and the confidence to take ownership of the client experience across our centre.

The majority of Tsavo’s current appointments are in wellness, recovery and longevity not back-to-back beauty treatments so this aspect of the business must genuinely interest you. Advanced beauty and skin capability remains important because you will still perform beauty therapies, skin scans, create treatment plans treatments and help grow this part of the business, but this is a varied whole-centre position rather than a treatment-room-only role.

Tsavo Wellness is a premium recovery, longevity, cellular optimisation, skin and wellness centre in Mosman.

We combine advanced facials and skin treatments-including Byonik, SQT bio-microneedling and exosome protocols-with innovative wellness technologies spanning hyperbaric oxygen, cryotherapy, red-light therapy, infrared sauna, lymphatic compression, molecular hydrogen and ReOxy training.

The opportunity

This position combines professional skin expertise, wellness-floor operations, client relationship management and sales.

You will be trained in Tsavo’s specialised facial protocols and wellness equipment. You do not need previous experience with our specific technologies, but you must have strong beauty and skin-treatment skills and be able to learn safely and quickly.

Strong, confident sales ability is essential. You will be expected to build lasting client relationships, convert suitable enquiries into bookings, encourage rebooking and recommend appropriate treatments, programs, packs,



memberships and skincare.

At Tsavo, we see consultative selling as part of taking excellent care of our clients. We take the time to understand what someone wants to achieve, confidently explain the options that genuinely support those goals and follow through. We believe it would be a disservice not to recommend something that could meaningfully benefit the client.

This is not pressure selling, but sales are still an significant metric for success in this role. Client retention, rebooking and commercial contribution are core responsibilities.

Key responsibilities

- Deliver high-quality facials, advanced skin treatments and professional consultations

- Confidently operate the wellness floor and guide clients through different therapies

- Build trusted, long-term relationships that encourage clients to return consistently

- Convert suitable enquiries and consultations into bookings and ongoing programs

- Recommend and sell appropriate treatments, skincare, packs and memberships

- Rebook clients, provide thoughtful follow-up and maintain continuity between visits

- Manage client flow, bookings, enquiries, payments and treatment-room presentation

- Work autonomously and take ownership of the complete client experience when required

What we are looking for

- A Diploma of Beauty Therapy or recognised equivalent Experience and skill

- Substantial qualified experience performing facial and skin treatments

- Confidence conducting consultations and developing personalised treatment plans

- Demonstrated strength in sales, rebooking, client retention or achieving commercial targets

- Confidence discussing value, recommending the right option and asking for the booking or sale

- Warm,



polished communication and an ability to build genuine client trust

- Excellent organisation, initiative and attention to detail

- A genuine interest in wellness, recovery and longevity, with enthusiasm for spending much of the role operating these services

- Reliability, personal responsibility and commitment to the agreed weekday and Saturday roster

Relaxation massage experience and previous exposure to advanced skin technologies are desirable but not essential.

Roster and commencement

This is a permanent part-time position working:

- Two agreed weekdays, approximately 9:00am–6:30pm

- Saturday, approximately 9:00am–5:00pm

Regular Saturday availability is required. The preferred commencement is early October 2026 to allow time for training before 10 October.
