About the Role

As a Lifestyle Officer, you’ll play a key role in shaping the daily experience of our residents. You’ll plan and facilitate engaging activities, celebrate individuality, and foster community spirit within our home.

What You’ll Be Trusted to Do:

- Contribute to delivering engaging lifestyle programs (group and 1:1)

- Support residents’ emotional, physical, and social wellbeing

- Bring creativity, empathy, and energy to daily interactions

- Build strong relationships with residents, families, and staff

- Support compliant and well-managed records

- Drive participation and inclusion

About You





You’re a people person who brings warmth, energy, and imagination to your work. You love making a difference in older people’s lives and take pride in creating meaningful experiences.
