About the Role
Tecside is growing, and we're looking for a driven Trades Recruiter to join our blue-collar team in Port Melbourne.

You'll step into an established desk with active clients and immediate opportunities across construction, manufacturing, engineering, infrastructure and industrial sectors.

You'll play a key role in managing client relationships, connecting businesses with skilled tradespeople and growing your portfolio of clients and candidates.

You won't be starting from scratch. You'll have an established platform to build on, with the opportunity to make the desk your own and directly influence your success.

What You'll Be Doing

- Manage and grow an established client portfolio
- Build and strengthen long-term client relationships
- Source, screen and interview skilled trades candidates
- Manage offers, onboarding and placement outcomes
- Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts




- Develop new client relationships and business opportunities
- Build and maintain a strong candidate network
- Take ownership of your desk and drive your own results

What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who is driven, personable and motivated by results.
You'll ideally have:

- 2+ years' experience in Recruitment, Labour Hire, Account Management, Business Development or Sales
- Solid communication and relationship-building skills
- A proactive, commercially minded approach
- The confidence to build relationships and identify new opportunities
- The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- A genuine desire to grow your career and earnings

Experience in Trades, Blue-Collar, Labour Hire or Industrial Recruitment will be highly regarded.
