The Team & Role

Are you passionate about working in the disability sector and looking for a meaningful, well supported Occupational Therapy role that offers flexibility, stability, and ongoing professional development? We would love for you to join our team.

The NDIS Children’s team provides evidence-based Occupational Therapy services to children aged 0-18 years with developmental delays, neurodiversity and disabilities. Working across community settings including homes, schools, kindergartens and childcare centres, you'll support children and families through assessment, intervention, outreach, consultancy, coaching and group programs. You'll collaborate with physiotherapists, speech pathologists, dietitians, continence nurses and allied health assistants to deliver family-centred care. The role also includes managing a complex caseload, facilitating referrals to other services, and contributing to quality improvement initiatives. As a Grade 2 clinician,



you'll provide supervision and support to Grade 1 Occupational Therapists and students while helping build high-quality services within the NDIS Children’s Program.

Skills & Experience Required

- Bachelor or Masters degree in Occupational Therapy
- Current AHPRA registration
- Current/valid Working with Children's Check (Victoria)
- Current/Valid NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Considerable experience in working with children and families (desirable)
