Here's your chance to design and deliver efficient, customer-focused services that also enhance accessibility, sustainability and overall quality of living for more people than you've imagined.
In this role, you'll:
Support the delivery of Customer Touchpoints, Assets, and Systems (CTAS) across multiple projects and initiatives, applying Integration & Customer Readiness (I&CR;) frameworks to enable customer-focused outcomes and Day 1 readiness.
You'll maintain delivery discipline, track outcomes, and support governance processes by identifying and escalating risks, blockers, and trade-offs to inform decision-making.
The Integration & Customer Readiness Specialist will also be responsible for:

• Supporting planning and scoping activities by coordinating inputs for budget estimates and forecasts, ensuring customer outcomes are embedded in project requirements.
• Supporting governance, risk management, and escalation by maintaining governance materials (e.g. agendas, briefs, RACI), tracking risks, issues, and dependencies, and escalating blockers as required.
• Capturing lessons learned and contributing to the continuous improvement of integration, design management, readiness frameworks, tools, and guidelines.
• Building strong relationships with technical, operational, and design stakeholders to maintain alignment and delivery momentum.
This is a fixed term full-time position (up to 31 December 2027) offering hybrid working options from our Elizabeth Street, Sydney office.
