About Us
The City of Bayswater is experiencing an exciting period of growth, investment and transformation, creating significant opportunities across our key activity and town centres.
Recent State Government investment through METRONET, the Morley Station Precinct Improvement Scheme, and growing commercial interest across Morley, Bayswater, Maylands and Noranda provide a strong platform for future investment, development and revitalisation.
Our local economy is also thriving. The City was recently recognised by the Small Business Development Corporation as one of Western Australia’s top 10 local governments for small business growth, recording growth of 14%, representing more than 790 new small businesses.
We are focused on leveraging this momentum through strategic partnerships, investment and development opportunities that deliver long-term economic and community benefits.
