ABOUT THE ROLE
Backam Group is currently seeking experienced operators for ongoing manufacturing opportunities based in Condell Park, NSW.
? Location: Condell Park, NSW
? Pay Rate: $38.00 per hour

Positions Available
?️ 1 x OVHC Operator ⏰ AM Shift | 6:00am Start
⚙️ 2 x Machine Operators (MEP Machines) ⏰ 1 x AM Shift | 6:00am Start
⏰ 1 x PM Shift | 2:00pm Start

Working within a busy steel manufacturing environment, you will be responsible for safely operating machinery, maintaining production targets, and supporting daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Operating MEP machinery and production equipment
- Operating OVHC equipment (where applicable)
- Monitoring machine performance and production output
- Conducting quality checks on finished products
- Basic machine troubleshooting and adjustments




- Following production schedules and workplace procedures
- Maintaining a safe and organised work environment
- General manufacturing and warehouse duties as required

ABOUT YOU
To be considered for these roles, you will have:
✔️ Previous machine operating experience within a manufacturing environment
✔️ OVHC experience (for the OVHC Operator role)
✔️ Experience operating MEP machinery highly regarded
✔️ Current driver's licence and reliable transport
✔️ Strong commitment to workplace safety
✔️ Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
✔️ Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
✔️ Ability to work independently and as part of a teamWHAT'S ON OFFER
