Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Graduate Valuer role based in the Greater Adelaide Area. The Graduate Valuer will assist with inspecting properties, gathering market data, and preparing valuation reports under the guidance of senior valuers. Daily tasks include liaising with clients and estate agents, verifying property details, and conducting basic real estate appraisal and valuation analyses. The role involves maintaining accurate records, meeting service deadlines, and ensuring that all work complies with relevant standards and regulatory requirements. The position offers structured training,



supervision, and support toward professional accreditation.
Qualifications

- Strong foundation in real estate appraisal and valuation, with the ability to analyze property markets and interpret relevant data.
- Experience or exposure to working with estate agents and an understanding of real estate industry practices.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and stakeholders.
- Relevant tertiary qualification in property, valuation, real estate, or a closely related discipline (or near completion).
- High level of attention to detail, numerical aptitude, and competency using standard office and valuation software tools.
- Valid driver’s licence and ability to travel locally for property inspections within the Greater Adelaide Area.
- Willingness to learn, take direction from senior valuers, and work both independently and as part of a team.
- Eligibility or intent to obtain membership/accreditation with a recognized professional valuation body is an advantage.
