National Dental Care is seeking a dynamic and highly organised Dental Assistant & Receptionist to assist the team in our modern Chadstone practices on a Part Time basis.

About the Role

As a Dental Assistant & Receptionist in our thriving Chadstone and Frankston practices, you’ll play a key role in clinical treatment. You’ll confidently and expertly provide high quality clinical and administrative assistance to practice clinicians, as well as engage with patients in a positive and professional way. Your energetic nature and strong organisational skills will help to ensure the ongoing success of the practice and the satisfaction of patients.

Skills & Experience

You have:

- Min 2 years' experience as a Dental Assistant and/or Dental Receptionist

- Qualification in Dental Assisting (preferred)





- Sound computer literacy skills with proficiency in the MS Office suite

- Previous experience using Dental 4 Windows (D4W)

- Availability to work weekends

You are:

- Highly professional, with a polished image and good personal presentation

- Available to work in either our Chadstone and/or Frankston Practices

- An excellent communicator - both written and oral - with strong attention to detail

- Extremely organised, with the ability to prioritise busy workloads and manage multiple demands within required timeframes

- Reliable and punctual, with a strong work ethic
