Leeuwin Metals Ltd (ASX: LM1) is an ASX-listed mineral exploration company focused on discovering and developing high value mineral resources across Western Australia and Canada.

Our portfolio includes gold, iron ore and critical minerals projects, led by our flagship Marda Gold Project in Western Australia’s Goldfields.

As our exploration activities continue to grow, we are seeking a motivated and organised Exploration & Tenements Coordinator to join our team on a part-time basis and provide technical, tenement and exploration support across the Company’s project portfolio.

About the Role

This is a varied role suited to a geologist or mining professional who enjoys both the technical and organisational side of mineral exploration.

Working closely with the exploration and corporate teams, you will assist with managing Leeuwin’s tenement portfolio, statutory and technical reporting, exploration data, and general geological administration.

The position would suit someone looking for a adaptable, part-time role while remaining actively involved in the resources and exploration industry.

Key Responsibilities

Your responsibilities will include:

- Coordinate and maintain the Company’s tenement portfolio, including key dates, commitments, renewals, rents and statutory obligations.

- Prepare, coordinate and lodge annual mineral exploration reports, surrender reports and other statutory technical reporting.





- Assist with reporting and lodgements through WAMEX, Mineral Titles Online (MTO) and other relevant government systems.

- Maintain a comprehensive tenement and statutory reporting calendar to ensure all deadlines are met.

- Assist with the preparation and review of tenement expenditure and exploration activity reporting.

- Liaise with government departments, tenement consultants and other external service providers as required.

- Compile geological information and supporting data for technical reports..

- Assist with the management, organisation and quality control of exploration data, including drilling, sampling, assays and geological information.

- Maintain project files, technical reports, maps, databases and exploration records.

- Assist the exploration team with historical data compilation and desktop geological research.

- Support the preparation of maps, figures, tables and technical information for internal reports, presentations, ASX announcements, investor materials and corporate reporting.

About You

We are looking for someone who is technically capable, highly organised and comfortable managing multiple reporting deadlines and projects.

Ideally, you will have:





- A tertiary qualification in Geology, Geoscience or a related discipline.

- Previous experience within the mineral exploration or mining industry.

- An understanding of Western Australian mining tenements and statutory reporting requirements.

- Experience preparing or assisting with mineral exploration and tenement reports.

- Familiarity with WAMEX and Mineral Titles Online will be highly regarded.

- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and Word and geological databases, GIS or other exploration software would be advantageous.

- An understanding of the JORC Code and ASX-listed exploration environment would be beneficial.

- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage competing deadlines.

- Strong written communication and technical documentation skills.

- A proactive attitude and willingness to assist across a broad range of exploration and corporate activities.

- The ability to work independently while contributing to a small, collaborative team.
