About the role

We're looking for an experienced Project Coordinator to keep multiple projects, integrations and rollouts moving across our software platforms. You'll manage stakeholders, coordinate schedules, follow up on commitments and report progress, risks and delays to our CTO & CEO. You don't need to be technical (but it would help immensely). You do need to learn our products, understand how our systems connect and make sure everyone knows what needs to happen next.

Key responsibilities

- Coordinate projects, integrations and rollouts across multiple systems.

- Manage stakeholders across internal teams and external partners.

- Maintain schedules, milestones, task lists and project updates.

- Ensure tasks have clear owners, priorities and deadlines.

- Follow up on commitments and drive actions to completion.

- Organise meetings, capture decisions and track next steps.

- Coordinate upcoming work and dependencies with team leads.

- Flag blockers, risks and slippages early.

- Report progress and decisions needed to the CTO.

- Coordinate testing, launch readiness, handovers and rollout follow-up.

About you

- Five years' experience in coordination,



operations or similar work.

- Highly organised and comfortable managing multiple projects.

- Confident following up and holding people to commitments.

- Clear communicator with strong stakeholder management skills.

- Proactive, practical and able to work independently.

- Quick to learn new products, systems and business processes.

- Software or integration project experience is an advantage.

- No degree, formal qualification or coding skills required.
