Working closely with facilities and operations teams, you'll help ensure the site remains safe, secure, professional and operational at all times.

Key responsibilities include:

- Conducting routine site inspections and identifying maintenance issues
- Maintaining exceptional presentation standards across offices, amenities and common areas
- Assisting with contractor management and routine maintenance activities
- Supporting facility operations, deliveries and materials handling
- Monitoring consumables, supplies and general site requirements
- Assisting with workplace safety initiatives and reporting site incidents

Working closely with facilities and operations teams, you'll help ensure the site remains safe, secure, professional and operational at all times.

Your Profile

We're looking for someone who takes pride in their work and enjoys being part of a collaborative team environment.

You will ideally have:

- Previous experience in cleaning, facilities, maintenance, property, building services or caretaker roles
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem solving
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
- Basic computer literacy and confidence learning new systems
- A positive attitude and commitment to workplace safety

Due to the nature of the setting, candidates must be willing to undergo background screening and be eligible to obtain NV1 clearance.
