Established in 1915 and run by fourth generation Haigh’s family, Haigh’s Chocolates is the oldest family-owned chocolate maker in Australia. We’re looking for casual Storepersons to join the Distribution team at our Salisbury South Complex. Roles are available for day shift (6:00 am-2:15 pm), Monday to Friday. Based in our state-of-the-art facility, you’ll work with the latest technology in a modern, safe setting where safety is a shared priority.

Order picking will be the primary focus of this role. This is a physically demanding position involving regular manual handling, including picking, lifting and stacking cartons onto pallets, building stable pallet loads and preparing completed orders for shipment.

We’re seeking motivated team players with a positive, can-do attitude. Previous experience in receiving goods, loading and unloading, order picking and packing is preferred, however not required.



You’ll be able to work independently as well as collaboratively to get the job done efficiently and on time.

To be successful in this position, you will have:

- Previous warehouse experience (required)

- Experience with order picking via scanners (required)

- Forklift licence (preferred)
- Experience using an EPJ (electric pallet jack)

- Order picker licence, or willingness to obtain

- Experience with QAD (preferred)

- Experience handling receipt and dispatch of orders in a quick-paced environment

- Comfortable using computer-based ERP software

- High level of numerical accuracy and attention to detail

- Commitment to maintaining and advancing work health and safety standards

- A professional and composed approach to working systematically within deadlines
