You'll be working from our Cardiff NSW office, calling warm leads — no cold calling required — with the goal of qualifying customers and booking appointments/jobs for our sales team.

About you
- 2–3+ years' telemarketing experience
- Confident and professional on the phone
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Ability to build rapport quickly
- Motivated by targets and earning commission
- Reliable, energetic and a great team player
- Can work full-time from our Cardiff NSW office
- Experience in home improvement, solar, roofing, windows, or similar industries is a bonus, but not essential
