Warehouse Storeperson

Location: Dandenong South, VIC

We are looking for an experienced and reliable Warehouse Storeperson to join our team in Dandenong South.

This is a hands-on warehouse role with a strong focus on inbound, stock accuracy, replenishment and inventory management, while also supporting general warehouse operations when required.

We're looking for someone who takes ownership of their work, notices when something isn't right and is comfortable investigating and resolving stock issues rather than simply moving on to the next task.

Key Responsibilities

- Receiving, checking and processing inbound stock

- Putaways and stock replenishment

- Maintaining accurate stock locations and quantities

- Assisting with stock counts, cycle counts and inventory investigations

- Identifying and resolving stock discrepancies

- High reach and gas counterbalance forklift operation

- Monitoring and maintaining organised stock locations

- Picking and preparing customer orders when required

- Supporting stocktake and general inventory control activities

- Maintaining warehouse organisation and housekeeping standards

- Following workplace safety procedures and contributing to a safe work environment

- Supporting the wider warehouse team across daily operations

About You

- Previous warehouse experience is essential





- Minimum 2 years' experience operating:

- High Reach Forklifts

- Gas Counterbalance Forklifts

- Current forklift licence

- Current Driver's Licence and reliable transport

- Good understanding of inbound warehousing, stock control and inventory processes

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy

- Confident using warehouse systems and basic computer applications

- Good organisational and problem-solving skills

- Physically capable of comfortably lifting up to 20kg

- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and contribute ideas

- Adaptable with occasional changes to start and finish times to support operational requirements

- Strong focus on workplace safety and maintaining standards

What We're Looking For

This role would suit an experienced warehouse operator who enjoys the inventory and stock control side of warehousing and wants more responsibility than a traditional picking role.

You don't need to have been an Inventory Controller, but you should be someone who takes pride in stock accuracy, keeps things organised and is comfortable investigating discrepancies and helping improve warehouse processes.
