About the role

The Senior Partnerships Account Manager is responsible for leading the management, growth and retention of a portfolio of strategic Club Partners, driving exceptional partnership outcomes and contributing to the Club's commercial success. The role is responsible for leading key partner renewals, identifying revenue growth opportunities within existing partnerships and supporting the Head of Partnerships in the pursuit and development of new business opportunities.

Key responsibilities

- Lead the management of a portfolio of key club partners

- Develop a clear understanding of partner objectives and lead partnership planning to achieve them

- Identify and drive incremental revenue opportunities across existing partnerships

- Provide day-to-day leadership, coaching and support to the Partnerships Account Coordinator

- Manage the Partnerships Account Coordinator's workload and development to ensure partner commitments are delivered to a high standard

- Establish and maintain recurring WIP meetings and documents for each assigned partner, including input and management into CRM

- Ensure all contracted assets are delivered in line with meeting partnership objectives

- Lead the development of campaign reports, mid-season check ins and post-season reviews

- Lead the development, presentation and negotiation of renewal strategies for allocated partners

- Own the financial aspect and control the associated P&Ls; for allocated partners

About you

- Demonstrated ability to mentor, coach or develop team members

- Ability to work across multiple projects while overseeing workload,



development and performance of Partnerships Account Coordinator

- Demonstrated experience leading strategic partner relationships and renewal negotiations

- Strong commercial acumen and ability to identify revenue growth opportunities

- Robust stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence outcomes across multiple departments

- Demonstrated experience in sponsorship, partnership management and/or business development

- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of CRM database – preferably Salesforce

- Excellent knowledge of digital advertising and marketing

- Experience in financial management and forecasting
