This is not your typical client success role. You'll be the primary point of contact for our clients throughout their property buying journey, from sign-on all the way through to purchase-ready. You'll manage a portfolio of active clients, keeping them informed, prepared, and supported at every stage. You'll also work closely with internal team members and external specialists to make sure nothing is missed and every client is set up for success.
Key responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day communication with clients via phone and email, acting as their main point of contact
- Guide clients through the onboarding process and support returning clients through re-engagement
- Prepare and manage client agreements, including follow-up on outstanding documentation
- Track and manage client financial documentation, ensuring records are current and accurate at all times
- Oversee client readiness for purchase, confirming all financial and structural requirements are met before progressing
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in the CRM at all times
- Coordinate with brokers, accountants, and other specialists on behalf of clients as needed
- Identify and escalate client issues or process gaps to the relevant team member promptly
About you
- A minimum of 1-2 years of client-facing administration experience is required
- Experience with any CRM system is required to effectively manage and maintain client records
- Strong attention to detail and a focus on data accuracy
- Confidence communicating with clients by phone and email
- The ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
- A solutions mindset — you find a way, not an excuse
- Australian work rights are required for this position
