About the role

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail oriented FP&A; Analyst to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives on working with numbers and enjoys transforming financial and operational data into meaningful insights that support strategic decision making.

You will partner closely with the FP&A; team and stakeholders across Finance, Operations and Warehouse to support budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting. Your role will focus on supporting the annual budget cycle, assisting with cash flow planning and cost forecasting, comparing budget to actual performance, and building financial models for budgeting, forecasting and scenario analysis. You will also help prepare daily and monthly management reports and support the development of tools that flag issues early.

Key responsibilities

- Support the annual budget cycle, assisting with preparation, execution analysis and rolling forecasts

- Assist in preparing cash flow plans and support cost forecasting and control for corporate functions





- Help compare budget to actual performance at group level and across assigned regions, including corporate costs

- Assist in building and maintaining financial models for budgeting, forecasting and scenario analysis

- Prepare daily and monthly management reports across assigned regions, working closely with the FP&A; team

- Support the development and maintenance of analysis tools that help flag issues early

About you

- Previous experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A;), financial analysis, management accounting or a similar analytical finance role

- Robust numerical and analytical skills with the ability to identify trends, variances and opportunities for improvement

- Experience with budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting

- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing accurate, high quality work

- Advanced Excel skills and confidence working with financial models, large datasets and reporting tools

- Confident communicator who can work collaboratively with operational teams and explain financial information to non financial stakeholders

- A proactive, curious mindset with a passion for continuous improvement and process optimisation
