We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused In-Life Administrator to join our National Operations Team on a 12 month contract with the possibility to go permeant.

About the Role

As an In-Life Administrator, you'll play a vital role in supporting customers and employers after their novated lease has commenced. You'll help ensure every customer experience is smooth, efficient and positive,



while working closely with colleagues across the business to deliver exceptional service.

What You'll Be Doing

Your responsibilities will include:

- Processing fuel card requests, including ordering and delivery coordination

- Managing inbox and responding to customer enquiries

- Updating vehicle registration information

- Performing account reconciliations and data maintenance

- Delivering exceptional customer service while managing inbound and outbound calls

- Working collaboratively with internal teams to ensure seamless customer outcomes

About You

We're looking for someone who is organised, proactive and enjoys building positive relationships.

You'll thrive in this role if you:

- Have previous administration or customer service experience, ideally within leasing, salary packaging, leasing or financial services

- Are confident communicating with customers by phone and email

- Can manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy

- Have strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills

- Embrace accountability and take pride in delivering great outcomes

- Enjoy working as part of a supportive and collaborative team

- Bring curiosity, initiative and a willingness to learn and improve
