? About the Role

You’ll be part of our seafood processing team, ensuring our oysters are prepared, packed and delivered to the highest standards.

Your duties include:

- Oyster processing — washing, opening, sorting and packing

- Delivery coordination — assisting with accurate inward/outward product movements

- Food safety compliance — maintaining a clean, organised processing area





- Manual handling as part of daily operations

✔️ Essential Requirements

- Driver’s licence

- Early start availability

- Ability to work on your feet

- Basic computer literacy

- Food handling knowledge

- Experience in a process‑driven setting

⭐ Desirable Skills

- Seafood/knife handling skills

- HACCP experience
