About the Role

As Duty Manager, you’ll play a key role in leading the bar team and delivering an energetic, welcoming experience for our locals and sports-loving patrons. You’ll thrive in a fast-paced pub environment and take pride in great service — especially during major sporting events.

You are:

- An enthusiastic, hands-on team leader

- A customer service superstar

- A hospitality all-rounder





- Highly motivated and driven

- Available to work nights and weekends

- Passionate about sport, beer, and classic pub culture

You’ll ideally have:

- A current RSA

- Previous bar or supervisory experience
