About the Role

We’re seeking Skilled Meat Workers to join our team in permanent, full-time positions at our large-scale processing facility in Albany. Multiple roles are available for:

- Boners and Slicers – breaking down carcasses by removing bones and slicing meat ready for sale or further processing

- Slaughterers – working in slaughter areas, handling livestock processing, hide removal, and evisceration

What We Offer

- Starting pay from $38.00 per hour (permanent full time) $79,423 minimum annually

- Weekly pay with reliable hours

- Monday to Friday work with opportunities for overtime

About You

To be successful, you will have:

- At least 3 years’ experience in the meat processing industry

- AQF Certificate III in Meat Processing (Boning or Slaughtering)



or equivalent recognised skill level

- Reliability and punctuality

- Physical fitness to perform manual work in a fast-paced workplace

- High standards of personal hygiene and commitment to safe work practices

- Solid work ethic and ability to work well in a team
