Axis is seeking an experienced Physiotherapist to lead our growing New South Wales team as a Regional Lead.

Supporting and mentoring a team of clinicians delivering high-quality occupational health onsite services and managing local customer accounts, you’ll be collaborating with organisations and their employees to prevent & manage injuries within the workplace, driven by the belief that happier and healthier people perform better.

With a mix of working remotely from home and scheduled onsite work, you will:

- Lead physiotherapy services across multiple sites, overseeing operations, rostering and team performance.
- Manage client relationships and ensure exceptional service delivery and satisfaction.
- Coach, mentor and develop clinicians to achieve their full potential.
- Drive business growth, performance outcomes and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Play a key leadership role in shaping strategy and promoting the Axis values and culture.

About You:

- Demonstrated leadership experience in people management, account management, or both
- Experience in musculoskeletal, private practice, occupational health, or related Physiotherapy settings
- Bachelor of Physiotherapy (or equivalent)
- AHPRA registration and Professional indemnity insurance
- Australian driver's licence and access to your own vehicle
