A well respected residential builder known for quality craftsmanship and thoughtful design. With a strong pipeline of work, are looking to grow their drafting team with a motivated Draftsperson.

About the Role

They're looking for a Draftsperson to join their drafting team on an immediate basis. You'll work alongside the senior drafting staff, producing and refining working drawings for residential projects while continuing to build your skills and experience in a supportive, hands-on environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and amend working drawings and construction documentation under the guidance of senior drafting staff

- Assist with council and authority submission documentation

- Liaise with designers, estimators, prestart and construction teams as required

- Help ensure plans align with the NCC, R-Codes and relevant Australian Standards

- Identify and help resolve drafting errors and inconsistencies

- Continue to develop your drafting skills and industry knowledge

About You

- Certificate IV in Residential Building Drafting





- Proficiency in ArchiCAD software is essential

- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

- Strong ability to work and contribute in a team setting, with a friendly and sociable disposition
