THE ROLE:
As a Mortgage Broker Associate at Coronis Mortgage and Finance, you will play a vital role in assisting our existing team of mortgage brokers and generating business through proactive outreach. You will be responsible for managing a relationship with our existing clients and identifying opportunities for our brokers to assist them further. Your primary objective will be to educate them about the services we provide, explain how we can assist with their mortgage needs, and schedule client appointments for our experienced brokers. You will be working towards completing your Diploma in Mortgage Broking and Finance and will receive comprehensive training and mentorship from the General Manager and Sales Manager. Over time, you will develop the necessary skills and knowledge to become a fully accredited mortgage broker.

Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to existing clients, clients who have attended real estate open home inspections, and landlord clients

- Introduce our mortgage broking services, explain how we can assist with their mortgage needs, and generate appointments for our experienced mortgage broker team.

- Maintain accurate records of client interactions in the CRM system and ensure all client details are up to date.





- Actively engage in studying for the Diploma in Mortgage Broking and Finance, working towards gaining full accreditation as a mortgage broker.

- Participate in regular training and mentoring sessions with the General Manager to develop key skills and industry knowledge.

- Work closely with the existing mortgage broker team to help generate business and increase the client pipeline.

- Support the team in the delivery of exceptional service to clients, ensuring a seamless experience from initial contact to mortgage approval.

- Complete the necessary steps to become accredited with banks and lenders.

- Stay informed about industry trends, mortgage products, and regulations to better assist clients and contribute to business development.

- Certificate IV in Mortgage Broking (or willing to obtain)

- FBAA/MFAA Current Member (or willing to join)
